Anamcara LTD Terms and Conditions of Sale
Anamcara LTD will provide a product hereby referred to as “kit”. Kit will consist of a body and neck, built to basic design of popular guitar models. Any specifications which deviate from popular model configurations must be indicated in writing by customer, and agreed to by Anamcara LTD.
Customer will be responsible for payment in full before order can be fulfilled. By continuing on and using this website, visitor indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions herein, as well as the acceptance of the specification form. Once order is placed, it may not be cancelled.
Anamcara LTD will guarantee product to be free of defects in workmanship. All products will have a 48 hour inspection period by customer. Customer must contact Rainsong LTD within the 48 hour inspection period to indicate an issue with craftsmanship. Variations in wood and wood grain are not considered defects, and customer agrees that wood variation is a natural occurrence, and shall not be subject to craftsmanship criteria. If customer has signed off on the Specification order, and the order was followed correctly, there shall be no recompense for customer stating incorrect specification on the initial order.
In the event of an issue with defect of craftsmanship, Anamcara LTD reserves the right to inspect the item for defect, and if agreed upon, Rainsong LTD shall refund the cost of the kit plus shipping.
Customer must return the item in the original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Any alteration to an item voids the return. Inspect carefully!
Anamcara makes every effort to accurately quote lead times. On occasion, items will arrive earlier than projected. On other occasions, they run a little late. Please remember the item is not punched out of static materials…guitar kits are only as good as the craftsmanship of the Luthier. We do not rush surgeons or luthiers for obvious reasons.
